About SOCOM Paintball

Our mission is to assemble and coordinate the largest collection of Best of Breed Scenario Paintball and Woodsball Players in the US; a fraternity of players that you can count on for their sportsmanship, playing abilities, tactical skills and warrior mindset. SOCOM paintball has been built By Players, For Players, with the specific needs of the Player as the first priority!

U.S. Scenario Operators Command was put together as a means to service players and teams from coast-to-coast; whether you are a Player who needs a Team, or a Team that needs a Player, SOCOM Paintball is there to create the contact and get you prepared for professional play. Our players list is vast, many of whom know each other, many that have never met, and some who may meet for the first time at a future event. We are here to bring players together and train teams for professional play across the US. Why? We love our sport and want to see it grow, with honor, sportsmanship and integrity at the forefront of our mission. U.S. SOCOM is a Combined Arms Group, as designated, not a single team, and you may be the next ATO Professional.

We can play at every major event in the US and compete to win it every time! The best part about it is that you do not have to maintain a complete team to accomplish this. Leave those logistics to SOCOM. In addition, Private Forum communications are available constantly (select the SOCOM Forum Link - SOCOM Operators Only) containing tactics and strategies that you can practice at your local fields and events. That way, when you show up at an event to play with other members of the group, everyone should have a similar tactical skill set. We also have a Nation-wide public forum to communicate with all of the other SOCOM members and detached units in the nation to discuss tactics, gear, parts, paint, etc. Get a first hand review from guys you trust on the guns, parts or gear you want to buy or communicate with other guys in your region that you will be playing with at an upcoming event.

How do you join SOCOM?

We are looking for committed players, that are strategically minded and tactically proficient, (military experience is suggested, but not required), and your operational secrets are respected and always kept confidential. Another SOCOM ATO member must vouch for you and your skills (for ATO Designation) to the US Commander but most important, we want guys with high Integrity and honor, dedication and good sportsmanship! One hard fast rule in SOCOM paintball is constant honor, integrity and good sportsmanship, on and off the field.: Get a sportsmanship repremand of any kind at any one of the events and you are gone...out of the group, forever. Sure, we want really good players, but by the same token, it sometimes doesn’t matter how good you are…if you are a hothead, go play walk-on somewhere at your local field, we don't need you. A poor sport on the field can sometimes be the difference between winning and losing and more importantly, we value our Integrity higher than anything.. SOCOM paintball has succeeded through respect and honor…the honor we play with and the respect for our sport that shows every time we take the battlefield. Become a SOCOM ATO (Advanced Tactical Operator) and get all of the enhanced benefits we have to offer, or if you are new to the sport, or just want to learn to become a fine-tuned warfighter, join as a SOCOM FIT (Fighter in Training) and earn your spot as an ATO as your tactics, integrity and commitment, eventually prove themselves to our SOCOM Commanders.

Brigade Rule

Everyone MUST be on the SpecOps Brigade to be a member / operator in SOCOM Paintball. If you have not checked this out yet, you really need to. It is very cool stuff! You can list all of your gear, your playing time (kills vs. Elims) and get ranks, points, free stuff, etc. This is also the place where SOCOM will have its greatest SPPL exposure. If you are not on the Brigade yet, send your email address to the US Commander command@socompaintball.com and the commander will send you a recruiting email so we can get free paint for the events.
